Hop - a - Scotch

Lilly Allen, 10 of Ramsgate, Kentucky, was warned by city officials that her hopscotch grid was a criminal act because it was drawn on the pavement that amounted to criminal damage. She was issued the warning after making the outlines in white chalk, which washes away in rain. Her father, Robert Allen, 51, has since lodged a formal complaint to Kent Police over the incident.
