Alter Wiener,92 years old, is a Holocaust survivor that wants to spend the rest of his life talking to people about his time at concentration camps, includding the famous Auschwitz's camp, and telling them how he is the only member of his family that survived. Surveys show that almost 30% of millennials don't have enough informations about Holocaust or simply don't know what it was, so Wiener has plans to persuade the Oregon state legislators to create an act that would impose teachers to educate students about this important episode and about genocide. A lot of students, after hearing Wiener's story wants to help him: "Each time I hear (Alter Wiener's) story, I learn a different lesson like gratitude, love, appreciation, respect, compassion and most importantly, live life to the absolute fullest.",says the student Claire Sarnowski, also Alter's friend.
Q1:What would you do help on Wiener's case? Why?
I would support him during his speech and help him to spread facts about this historical time, because everything that happened to the Jewish people should never be forgotten.
Q2:Do you think schools should be required to teach about the Holocaust? Why?
Yes,I do think schools should teach about the Holocaust, because what happened on this time changed the lives of many people and it is historical moment that should not be untaught.

Great job overall Luiza! Good story choice! Next time, be sure to go in three different days insead of just two.
I would help spread the word about making it into a law so history doesn't repeat itself. With new technologies, who knows what cruel things bad people could come up with. Like I said before, we need to make sure that history doesn't repeat itself, so it should be required in schools.
Yes, I agree with you. If we don't spread the story it might happen all that bad things again.
I would help him to spread the fact and information about this event. Because people need to be more aware of the things that happened durning this time and how every thing went down. People just need to know some of the basic things that all happened during this time. Yes I do think that schools should teach this and or bring it to students attention. Because people should be aware of this so that it doen't have a chance of repeating itself.
Yes, I also think that schools should talk more about it because those things that happened can not be forgotten.
I would try to spread Wiener's message as far out and to as many people as possible. It's clear this is very important to him, and a huge part of history. I think schools should be required to teach about the Holocaust because it was something that happened in history. It was a very horrible thing what happened, but it is also important and people should know about it.
Yes, I agree with you.I think that was a huge moment on Wiener's life so I would also help him to let everyone about what really happened.
I would try to make him visit schools because I think they would listen better if there would be a surviver than if a teacher would tell the story. I think students should learn it in a history class. It was a very important event in the german history and many americans are a little german.
Yes, I also think that if we took him to more schools, people would be more interested with his story and they would also want to help him.
1.) I would help make it so that teachers had to teach this because I also think that we need to know about these things. 2.) I think they should be required to learn about the Holocaust, it was a very sad and devestating part of history. We shouldn't sheild kids from what happened and what could happen again (which I don't think it will, but something like it might.)
