The Holocaust was the genocide of the European Jews during World War ll. It happened between 1941 and 1945, it was done by Nazi Germany. It was the killing of around 6 million Jews, which was around two-thirds of the Jewish population. Even though there is lots of evidence and an apology from Germany from decades ago. There are still some revisonists that think that the Holocaust was fake. Some think that there weren't nearly as many killed and some even think that it never happened. 'Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, for one, has called the Holocaust a "myth."' He suggest that germany and other countries provided land for the jewish. Some Revisionist don't deny that Jews were kept in prisons during World War ll, but say that gas chambers weren't used or that they weren't powerful enough to kill.
I personally think that the Holocaust is a real thing and that it did happen. There is a lot of evidence and pictures that prove that it did once happen during World War ll. There are too many pictures to deny that it happened.

Great topic choice Richard! I do think your summary is a bit brief and I also think you could have asked better questions as your fiorst question is going to lead to an obvious answer. Perhaps--Why do you think some people deny that the Holocaust happened?
I think that it's very obvious that the holocaust actually happened. While propaganda has gained power in these last few years through the form of fake and exaggerated news, I do not think that in that time it would have had nearly the power or the reach to convince the entire world of what happened, and I do not think that so many jews would lie about something so terrible.
I definitely think that the Holocaust in fact did happen. There is way too much evidence of it happening to say that it didn't. There were survivors and US soldiers that fought and found the Holocause survivors. There are also pictures, like the one above, that prove that it happened.
I think that there is no doubt that the Holocost was real and did happen. All of the pictures and videos and even survivors that have lived threw it say that it is real. I think that it would be comon sense to believve it when even the country that it happened it apologized for it.
I belive that the Holocaust did in fact happen. Like you said theres just to much evidence to prove that it didn't happen. Jews were in fact put into camps by the Germans during World War II and there are plenty of pictures to prove that their were gas chambers and infernos at major consintration camps. One of these camps in Auschwitz.
I believe that the holocaust happened because we learn about it in history classes and there is museums that show that this really happened. I also believe that the holocaust is real because it led to a World War so I would think that the world wouldn't go to war because of something that didn't happen.
I agree with you, There is so much evidence like letters and pictures that prove it did happen. If it didn't happen teachers wouldn't teach us about it and there wouldn't be so much evidence from it. It was also a cause of the world war, so if it didn't happen the war woulnd't of happened.
I believe the Holocaust happened because so many Jews died in a small amount of time. Its almost impossible that the Holocaust didn't happen because so many people in the army liberated the camps and were horrified and scared. The Holocaust most definitley happened.
I agree with you, So many people died there is no denying that it never happened. There is soo much evidence from the camps and everything that happened to them, that there is no way that it didn't happen. It is a very sad thing that happened.
I think the holocausts happened because I've met some holocausts survivors when I was younger. I think its dumb and disrespectful to believe that it was not real millions of people died during the holocausts and there is tons of evidence and a museum as well as tons of movies and documentaries on the subject.
