Georgian Luger Dies Day Before Olympics

Nodar Kumaritashvili, a luger for the country of Georgia, tragically past away the day before the Olympics. During a training run, he lost control and crashed. There is much controversy about the safety of the track in Vancouver. It is not only the fastest in the world but perhaps the most dangerous. Nodar was honored at the start of the Olympic's Opening Ceremony Friday night. Here is a link to a Video of the Crash, be warned it sucks.
