The Stand Your Ground law in Florida is a law that states that pretty much if you feel threatened by someone for fear of your life, you can take action on it. So George Zimmerman was on a neighborhood watch team and he felt that Trayvon Martin, a black teenager, looked suspicious so he shot and killed him. Trayvon was unarmed and was only carrying a bag of Skittles, causing no harm to anyone else. Also the prosecuting attorney in this case is not using a grand jury, which is very uncommon in large cases like this. George Zimmerman is on the run now and his attorneys are no longer representing him because they have no idea where he is.
What do you think Zimmerman should be charged with? Do you think he is innocent or guilty?

He was charged with 2nd degree murder yesterday... but now he wats a re-trial and he'll plead "not guilty"
