Fast food workers all around America want a higher minimum wage and union rights. The workers plan to march in protest February 12, 2018. They chose this date because the Memphis sanitation strike happened on this day 50 years ago. Gary Wolfram, a Hillsdale College professor, said that No one can stay in business if a worker can only produce $10 an hour of value but the government forces them to pay their workers $15 an hour. He went on saying that if minimum wage goes up then the cost of producing goods will go up causing less people to be hired.

I don't think minimum wage should be raised because working at a fast food restaurant should not be someone's full time job. I think jobs like that are for college and high school students.

If minimum wage is raised that will cause the price of the products produced by these workers to go up. This could either cause less workers hired or lower quality products. This will hurt small-town companies the most because they will have a hard time paying employees.

I don't thnk that the minimum wage should be raised because working at a fast food restaurant for a full time job and i don't think the should be gettnh $15 an hour. It would be not good for the us because we would have a lot of goods.
No I do not think that minimum wage should be raised because fast food restaurant workers should not be making $15 an hour. I think that this money should go to higher placed jobs. This would hurt the cost of goods, and less workers would be hired. I believe that we need more workers, and you should have to work hard for your money. Not everything in life should be handed to you.
I think the minimu wage should be raised. It should be raised because a lot of workers are living off seven twent five an hour. That is not enough. I get that if ypu raise it will cause taxes to be higher but if you get paid more it will equal out. It will cause the taxes to go up and prices.

Yes because I am a teen and this could help me. Small companies would probably decline and would be looking for more reliable people to make sure their money is going to the right person. Product price would probably go up too.
I don't have enough information to tell if $10 per hour as a fast food worker is fair or not, but I guess if they really get more wage, than other companies with the same amount of moment also want a higher wage. If I would be one of the fast food workers, than of course, i would want a higher wage.
More money of the tax system would go to fast food industries, which means that less money is left for other things or the government would have to shorten the money for other industries. The wage system is a never ending cycle beacuse the people will never be happy with the money the get right now.
I don't think it should be raised because at fast food restaurants, you don't do that much so you shouldn't be payed a lot. If the minimum wages go up because then taxes go up. More people would get jobs I think if the minimum wages went up but I also feel like they'd take it for granted.
