So fallout 76 has a chat feture, where in multiplayer you cant use a mic to talk to your companions. well one night when this "AJ" guy was playing when a group approched his and it seemed normal. One of his friends said the other guys skin was cute and then that was the start of this...rollarcoaster. He left and came back later saying "we've come to elimnate all gays" and "Eliminate the queers. we've got to decontaminate the AIDS."
A little side not but AIDS doesnt come from gay people. so clearly this is the peek of evolution right here.
His groups slaughtered AJ's as AJ recorded it and posted it on twitter. Theres no in game report system so this is how the compony found out. they ban the people in the other guys group and apologized to AJ.
They're system is still flawed. when you try to report a player, the webpage doesnt work and your calls commenly get ignored.

What would you do if someone did this to you? Like, how would you react? what would you say?
Myself being pansexual (And a bit of a smartalec) would probably say something stupid like "Yup, Gay and I have aids, right on the nose there, where did you go to school? harvard?" and then my player modle would be murdered. I'd porbably go play south park the stick of truth or fallout 4 again.
How would you feel? would this haunt you or would you let it go?
Again, myself being pansexual, I'd be hurt by the comments but I'd utterly brush it off. They dont know me. They dont know what I look like or who I am. ALl they know is I like who I like and they hate that. and that sounds like a them problem.

I don't think I know how I would react, I don't think I'll be in this situation very much, if at all. To be honest, I think I would just ignore a comment like this, or get off the game or whatever. I don't think it would bother me enough to react that much.
1.) I'm not sure how I would react, but I think I would be really mad about it, but I would brush it off because some people act like that even though it is wrong. 2.) I would feel a bit down and angry, but no this would definetly not haunt me and I would let it go.
That is just not okay. You dont desrespect someone like that just for having different beleifs. Everyone nowadays is all like "You can have your own opinion" but what they mean to say is "you can have your own opinion as long as it is the same as mine." It's so dumb to hate someone for such a stupid reason. Even if you disagree with someone, you don't need to be a bully about it, just accept it and move on with life instead of wasting it through a constant hate.
I would be angry and would report them to the company. I wouldn't let it haunt me because most people aren't this rude and downright stupid, of course it would be upsetting to see that but you don't know them and their opinion would just be irrelevant to me.
I feel like Bethesda should probably ban more players and make reporting people easier. Having a chat system in place calls for more management.
I wouldn't be hurt that much. He's probably just some person on the internet thinking that it's funny. You can't really tell someone's sexuality by one comment and limited contact. I'd just play something else instead, something that was single player and a bit relaxed.
I'd be annoyed, but I would probably just call him out on it and tell him so stop or ignore it. I wouldn't take it to heart; it's just some idiot on an online game. It's not someone I hold close, so I'd take their words with a grain of salt.
I think people should not get to worried about this but I do agree it needs to stop and maybe getting ahold of the creator is the best way to handle the situation but I know I wouldn't get to worked up about it.
I dont think someone saying this to me would hurt my feelings and I definitely wouldnt hold on to it. I think I woudnt say much and more or less just ignore them and act like it didnt happen.
I probably wouldn't go to social media blasting about it. It is just a game. If your getting bullied online its as simple as shutting down the game or blocking the players doing the actions.
