It can be freaky knowing how much information people can get on you from Facebook, but I guess It comes in handy when you need to track down your husband. Ellanora Baidoo has been trying to divorce her husband for several years but could not find him. She then found him on Facebook and sent the divorce papers through the social media app. Its sad that the husband just left her, but it is creative to use social media to your advantage.
Do you think a judge should approve Facebook messages for Divorce papers?
How would you take getting a divorce over Facebook?

Good job but you could have replied to some more recent comments yesterday.
I think that as long as they have all of the proper requirements, they should be acceptable. First of all, I would never put myself in a position where that would happen but if I did, I would be mad that they couldn't hand them to me in person.
No, but it was the only way for her to contact him. I wouldn't use Facebook to divorce anyone.
Well its a way of sending the divorce papers. I don't understand why he left and didn't divorce her anyway
It's very odd. I dont see why she wouldnt of divorced him when she was around him.
No, they have not even had a chance to talk it out. I would honestly kind of laugh.
I don't think I would want to get divorced over Facebook... I understand her because she couldn't find her husband but I would only do it if it was the only way left to get a divorce.
I don't think I would want to get divorce over facebook because you really don't know if it is the actual person. It is a sad situation that the husband left the wife and didn't leave any contact information. Why didn't he divorce her before he left.
I don't think that I would like getting divorced over Facebook would good way to get divorced, but if I was left and that was the only way that I could get divorced then I would.
I dont think that the judge should accept the divorce papers over facebook. I would feel terrible I would rather have it done in person.
