Extraterrestrial Life????

Scientist have been looking at mars for years, searching for some sign that there used to be life there.  Until recently there have been only slight possibilities of ice on the planet, but scientists have been looking back at the samples taken by the Viking Mars landers of the soil and they say that there are carbon bases that are the building blocks of life.  Link

 

They have also found planets Several light years away that is close to a sun like ours, and has a similar make up to our plannet.  There are also signes of young stars surrounded by dust clouds, similar to how our planet came to be.  These planets were found by watching the breif blinks in the light of stars over several years, possibly showing planets orbiting the sun.

 

So I ask you in the billions of solarsystems in our galaxy and millions of galaxies in the universe are there other planets that can support life??  I believe in ET, do you??

haha. i wouldnt say i believe in ET, but i think it makes sense for there to be other life in the universe. I mean, doesnt it seem even more unlikely that we're all alone? The universe is huge, you know.

I think that it would be cool to have life on another planet

Thinking about stuff like this makes my head spin. If we found life on another planet, do you know how crazy Earth would be? Finding something out that huge would probably cause problems here.

i believe its possible...it would be so cool if we could actually have a solid answer though...

It is kinda weird to think that there is other life out there, but one the people need to see is that other life doesn't mean other human like objects. I could just mean something small like a speck of a plant, or water

For us to think that there isn't life anywhere else is just stupid, there is a very good possibility thhat there is another planet with all sort of life on it.
