Have you heard about Zac Stacy? The guy who beat his ex-girlfriend in front of his child? It's been on the news for the past few days. In case you haven’t heard, here's what's happening.
Zac was accused of beating his ex- girlfriend. He beat his ex- girlfriend in their home. Before the police showed up, he took off. After being on the run for almost a week, Zac was arrested overnight by Orlando police. He was arrested at the airport and was arrested for aggravated battery and criminal mischief. “Our officers made contact with Stacy as he exited an inbound flight from Nashville and placed him in custody. Stacy was transported to the Orange County Jail without incident." His first court hearing was on Friday.
As of right now he is out of jail. "Bonded out of jail Saturday after being arrested in Florida for allegedly attacking his ex-girlfriend and held on a bond of $10,150."
The history between Zac and the victim:
They had a record of police calls and visits, according to the Oakland police.
“The first incident was a verbal altercation on Aug. 16 where the victim told the responding officers no violence occurred, police said. No crime was reported and officers only filed a written report to document what happened.”
“Oakland PD said the second time they were called, it was the result of a domestic violence incident involving the victim and Stacy which occurred on Sept. 26.”

Stories such as this are difficult to do as they just don't lead to good discussion. The bigger issue here is the NFL and the problem they have with players having domestic abuse problems so often.
I don't think that this is okay and he is completely in the wrong and he shouldn't have done this. I think he will be charged with assault and may possibly lose custody of his kid. He definitely deserves to be charged and held behind bars for his actions.
I dont think that what he did was right at all especially doing that infront of your own child.He will probably go to jail because its wrong to put your hands on a woman like that.
I think thart he shoud be locked you for a time. Because he beat his ex in frunt of his child. When he is in prison or jall. I would hop he regetes he life choises. When or if he evers gits out he mite be a littie more smater then he was when he beat his ex in frunt of their child.
no question i think he deserves the maximum sentence available. He isnt a good person at all but thats what happens when you think your the best. He ruined his career and i almsot gaurantee that the women isnt gonna trust people the same like she used too.
I think he will go to jail, but thats exactly what should happen to him. He derserves everything that happens to him in jail and every sentence he is guilty for. I hope the jailmates treat him the same way he treated her. He shouldnt even have gotten close to her again since she is his ex.
i think that it is not cool at all in anyway to beat a women, even if they did something to you. There is a point in your life where what your mom or dad teaches you comes up. Not to hit a girl/women no matter what. If you think its alright to hit a girl/women then get some help.
I think that he should get a higher fine and he shouldn't be out of jail. He should not be able to play in the NFL again, but either ways no football team wants to have him in his team because of this violent act. He deserves the highest punishment he can get.
I don't think he should be out of jail yet and they should have set his bail higher to be honest. He should never be allowed to play in the league again and deserves the biggest punishment possible for him.
I think you should never beat a woman it isn't right and anyone who does it isn't agood person. I think possibly he will get taken off the raiders team or fined a lot by the football team. I think he should stay in jail for a while and not be back on the football feidl.
I think it always horrible to hear that people kill each other but to hear they kill someone they know that good, like their ex girlfriends or boyfriends is in my opinion the worst. You can be mad of that person or heart broken but to kill that person because of that is not ok. Everyone has a life and shouldnt be ended like that. I really cant understand why people are willing to do that. In my opinion he never should come out of a prison.
I think that he should have been finned even more since he's an NFL player, so he had money plus he hit his girlfriend. I think that if he isn't sentanced that he should be finned even more. I think he deserves time in jail for hitting his girlfriend and that he should be fined more then what he was.
