In Souix Falls, South Dakota Eric Robert killed a prison guard in a failed escape attempt because the guard said they were going to sentence him to death. Eric said that he will do it again!! Eric Robert, 49, pleaded guilty in September to killing Ronald "R.J." Johnson on April 12 on Johnston's birthday. On trial he asked if he could be put to death. Robert told Bradley Zell that he is full of anger and hungry for freedom and will kill anyone who gets in his way. They still have not decided to have him get the death penatly. Any thoughts?

I think they should keep him in a straight jacket for the rest of his life, and make him suffer for the rest of his life in prison. If he escapes, then they should put him to death.
i dont think this person deserves to be killed even though he did kill someone else. But i dont think anyone has the right to take away someones life like the way he did. even though he is clearly guilty of his charges i dont think he deserves the death sentence. but a lifetime in jail.
He wants to die..he's killed a person and says he will kill more..i say death penalty..but then again..why give him what he wants if we can shove him in jail and make him suffer..either one just keep the nut job off the streets.

why would you kill a prison guard? I think that people are starting to become dumber and dumber these days to do stupid stuff.

He has killed someone before so he'll do it again. He has admitted that he will kill someone again I say death pental no question.
