Elon Musks is facing many charges agains him from Tesla shareholders saying that hes wastching more out for himself then the company. One shareholder is against a compernsation package that could play Musks stock up to more the $50 billion in ten years. Tesla is suddenlt given a lot of attention to Elons other interests like SpaceX, despite that none of the suits have been deined which could proven to be an issue for Elon and Tesla and could ruin his ambitious goals for various companies. A tech analyst managing parter at Loup Ventures says that "They are distractions at a time that they aren't needed."

Do you belive that Tesla pressing lawsuits agains Elon is taking it to far?
Pressing lawsuits on Elon is to far in my opinion since he is the Co-Founder they could just talk to him in a meeting or something and try to tell him that he should focus more and his company
If you were in this situation what would you do to try and solve the problem?
I would try anf work with Tesla more and with other less considering is is the main comapny but not just ignore all the other, and try and raise profits for Telsa and use that to help better the company
