Eco-Wall or Segregation??

This is a good idea because of the destruction of forest put they are basically seperating the people. They have the poor shanty towns seperated and aren't allowing it to grow at all. I think this is the government trying to kill two birds with one stone.

I think it was put up for conservation, not segregation. Although it could be a case of the right thing for the wrong reasons.
