earliest found human ancestor found in england

on the southern coast of england grant smith found a tooth in rock while analysing the area's rock for a paper he was writing. After the tooth was taken to scientist steve sweetman he explained that the tooth was from the earliest ancestor of modern man.  the creature has been described to look similar to a shrew or rodent by it's discovers.the ancestor hid in forests to protect itself from mighty dino predators and to feast on both the insects of the area and the plants. the fossils have been dated back 145 million years and due to the stress on the bones were thought to have lived a relatively long life in their species. this discovery is really important to revealing how far we have come as a species from a rat in a forest to conquerors of nature.

what is your opinion on evolution?

I believe it is a logical progression to a more advanced lifeform, as this would indicate.

what creature would you what to see the past evolutions of and why?

I would want see the turtles origins and see how the shell was originally integrated into it's design .

  • Glad to see you got this done! Be sure to capitalize words that should be in your title and summary. You also didn't reply to any student comments which is worth 20 points. -10 late

  • It is very interesting to think of evolution. I would like to see the reptiles, since I have a few reptiles as pets and I am really interested of them. Although, I would like to see more of the bearded dragon and lizard side of the reptiles than the turtle.

  • Evolution is a really interesting and even fascinating part of our history. Especially the fact that we wouldn't exist without evolution makes me think it's a great thing.

I don't have enough knowledge to say what exactly all the scientists have discovered over the years but I'd like to know more about it, in particular about all the beings in the oceans.

  • 1. I think evolution is a good thing. We obviously have to evolve or we wouldn't be able to make any advancements in our lives. I also think studying evolution is a good thing to see how far we have come.

    2. I think it is pretty interesting seeing how anything began to how it is right now. So looking at any creature would be pretty interesting to me.

  • Evolution is obviously a good thing because otherwise, were would we as human kind be today? The fact that Dinosaurs died, helped extremely of course. We wouldn't have moved forward in history if it wasn't for that.

I don't have any creature in specific, just the fact of learning and studying it all together is pleasing to me.

  • 1. I believe in evolution and thanks to it, all or the vast majority of species have developed and continue to develop to be less vulnerable.

    2. If I could choose I would like to see the origins of marine animals, especially the seabed, because we do not have much information about it.
