1. What would you do if you happen to see someone on a horse drinking?
I would do the same as the drivers and call her in and maybe try and get her to get off the road.
2. What would you do as the officer?
I think it would be kind of funny to pull a horse over, but I would do the same as he did and take the horse somewhere safe and take her to jail.

1. I think that I would make sure that they're actually drunk and not just being dumb. After that, I would probably report it, as it can be dangerous to others and to the animal and rider themselves.
2. I would try to get the person off, and bring the horse to the same place. It would be pretty funny to pull a horse over, though. It might kick or attack you, so I would try to be careful as well.
As a driver I would probably call her in also its just not safe to be leading something that big into the middle of a road normally, now doing it while drunk that is just asking for an accident to happen. As an officer well I would pull her over because its not just endangering her and the horse but also anyone who was driving on the road as well.
I would call the cops because its not safe to be drunk just walking on the street, and defiantly not safe riding a horse. I would charge her even though she wasn't in a car you never know when she may lead her horse right into the street when a car pulls out of nowhere.
Honestly probably nothing because why should I worry about it when I know that other people are going to report it. I would be like Mam what are you doing on a horse drinking, couldn't you be at home doing that stuff instead of riding a horse around town.
1. Probably would stop and convince the person to get off the horse because it danger to ride a horse when yo are drunk.
2. Arrest her for her safety and get the horse to a better home.
I agree and think you would handle the situation well.
I would be pretty shocked since around here we drive cars for vehicles. I would honestly think its kinda funny. But I would feel bad for the horse because she was probably treating the horse wrong. If I was the officer I would just follow the rules and since she failed the test she would have to get a DUI.
1. Tip my hat to them for being on a whole other level than the rest of us mortals. Just think about, your friends take your keys so you cant drive like good friends but you whistle to your hours and what then?!? Its technically not drinking and driving so how can you get a ticket? Never mind, I guess that riding horse counts as a DUI.
2. Cheer her on for being smart and careful by not driving drunk, just riding drunk.
Overall, I would like to think that I would call and turn her in like many other people did, especially after seeing the danger that she was putting herself, the horse, and the others riding down the busy road, but at the same time, I believe that many people would just laugh at the stupid situation she created for herself, and go on with their day. Seeing that her blood alcohol limit was over double what is legal in Florida, it is definitely best that it was called in though. Keeping herself, the horse, and other travelers safe. As for the officer, I agree with you thinking that it would be funny to pull over a horse. I would also laugh at the stupidity of the woman who put herself into such a dangerous situation.
