Drug Testing for Welfare Unconstitutional?

Florida has made a new law. When you apply for welfare, you now have to take a drug test. If you pass you are eligable for welfare. If you fail you are denied one year, then you can take another test. Thoughts on this??

hmmm.. well in some ways it makes sense.. if you can't pass a drug test thereis no nead to have welfare then. You have enough money to do drugs so you should have enough to live then.
