President Obama says he don't want to send in ground troops into to combat again. He says the country isn't ready for that yet. So the U.S. has sent airstrikes and used drones to combat. The drone operators may not be in direct harm they operate in a dark room away from the battlefield. But they are still suffering from emotional affects. Even tho they are not in combat they still feel as my much stress, and pressure as a soldier in a fox hole says Air force spokesman Tom Kimball. These drone operators are still responsible for bloodshed. Do you think that drone operators have it just as rough as ground troops? Why or why not?

Be sure to explain what a drone is to people and also hyperlink your sources.
Yes, I think they do. They would be doing just as much damage as a soldier would do, except they can't die from it. That would make me feel a little over powered when your able to do harm and nobody is able to come back at you.
I think a way, yes, they could experience the same feelings as ground troops or even worse because they are having to see everything that they are doing, when they are not wanting to hurt the innocent people.
yes because they still experience war. They still think that if someone dies that it should have been them. They also have a lot of pressure on them.
I'd have to say the do still feel that pressure, and have to go through a lot of things just like any other soldier does.
I don't think they have it as rough because their lives are not at risk but they are still responsible for death.
That is a good point, and i would agree with you.
I feel like it isn't as tough for them but they still have to see those people die, but if anyone is dying it should only be the people we are fighting. Ground troops always have it the hardest because while fighting they may see terrible scenes and the friends of soldier could die during combat.
You make a good point with that, and are right they are not in as much risk but they do see people die. They don't have the same experiences as someone on the ground and probably are going to go through less physically.
