In January of this year Twitter decided to shut down Donald Trumps account, after the attacks on the White House. On Friday the 1st of October Mr Trumps attorneys filed a motion in Miami's US District Court on Twitter and it's CEO, Jack Dorsey. wanting preliminary injunction. According to the motion, Twitter was censoring Trump and violating his First Amendment rights. Twitter expressed concerns that Trump would talk about more violence. He had about 89 million followers before his account was taken down. He was not only banned from Twitter but also Facebook, and YouTube for fear that more violence would happen. Facebook will renew his suspention the 7th of January 2023, but YouTube's ban is forever. In July lawsuits were filed in the US District Court of Florida on the three tech companies and their CEO's by Trump. He's saying that he along with other conservatives have been wrongfully censored. Motion for preliminary injunction was filed agenst Twitter. I feel that even though this may not be in the top of the news headlines it is an important subject. It's dealing with our freedom and our right to say what we want. when we want. If we can't express ourself why even have a 1st Amendment. Also it's not just about this subject that most of our Amendments are being comprimised. We are suppose to be a free country, but just how much of our freedom is free? I think that they should give him back access to these tech companies, no matter what he say's ultamatly people are going to do what they want with or without the motivation of what one is saying.

I do think that he has the given right to file a lawsuit against them. Everyone should have the right to voice their oppinion espically the former president of the United States. His opinion and voice is one that many people want to hear and know what he has to say about diffent things.

Trump has every right to file all the lawsuits he wants. Yet the probabilities of him winning the case are very slim. When you sign up to any type of social media you must agree to their conditions. Since trump violated various of their conditions he is standing in a rough spot.
I think that he shouldn't file a lawsuit. Twitter, Facebook and stuff has actually the right to do what they want on their own website. He was the president, yes, but that doesn’t mean that he has the right of everything. And he got blocked because he said something and not for being Donald Trump.
I do not think Trump is being treated fairly at all. He did so much for the country and people just tried getting him impeached. I thought his twitter and other social accounts were funning because he didnt care what people thought.

I do think Trump had every right to file a lawsuit against twitter he has the freedom of speech just like everyone else. Ever since he was presedent people have been on him for everything he does, more than any other president. So, I don't think he has really been treated fairly.
