Today, Dominion voting systems announced they would be suing fox over defamation. Defamation is basically when you make one person or a group of people look bad when they really aren’t. Many Fox News hosts claim the votes were hacked and miscounted and Dominion believes this is false. That is what they are suing over. Fox News hosts also claim that the random dumping of votes for Joe Biden suspicious.
The conspiracy of the rigged Dominion polling machines has been popular. It has been circulating since the election. The 139-page complaint was filed to a Delaware court. This complaint basically said that the claims of Fox news hurt the reputation and well-being of Dominion. A few counties have decided to use to not use this voting system again.
I think that they have grounds to sue Fox News. I do think that the elections could have been hacked. Although, no one has any proof of that. So it is baseless and dumb to accuse Dominion of such a thing, that no one has proof of. I think that they will probably lose this court.

I think that Dominion has all the rights to sue Fox News for diffamation, I don't know if they'll be able o win or not. In my opinion I don't think that the Dominion Voting System could have been hacked, I wouldn't say that I think it's impossible but I feel like it's very unlikely.
I think that they have the right to for sure. I don't think they will win either.
It makes sense why they are suspicious because of the election. However, I also think that Dominion has the right to sue Fox if they know they did nothing wrong. If Dominion was hacked then they should definitely be labeled as untrustworthy. I think both sides have good intentions, but it just came out wrong.

I understand why Fox News questioned them because there were a lot of Biden votes that came out of nowhere, but most people would explain those as the mail in ballots. I think there is a possibility the the Dominion voting Systems could have been hacked but I do not find it likely.
I think that this pretty much sums up my viewpoint on this topic also, but I find the possibility of Dominion being hacked a little more likely and think it would be more secure to go to all paper votes.

I think that there is adequate solid evidence to be suspicious of dominion, and lots of eyebrow raising actions taken by them. It is enough to warrant investigation, and I think that Fox was right to question them. I think that it is a failure on the part of investigators that they never took a serious look at the fraud.
I also believe that there have been some suspicious activities. I am not sure it is to the point where you can claim such a thing although. I think that we should find a better way to vote.
