A couple had Hired a Babysitter(Alexis Khan) for their 7 month old son Finn. Their Dog had suddenly started acting very different towards Alexis when she would walk in the door to babysit Finn. The family even had to hold back their dog a few times from him trying to go at her. Hope(mother) started to get a little concerned about what was going on so she decided to hide an iPhone under the couch and try to pick up anything unusual that could be happening. When they listened to the recording the heard the sound of Finn crying and Alexis cussing and physically smacking him. The family turned it into the police and Alexis was arrested a few weeks later and could spend up to 3 years in prison and can not have any job that refers to working with children.
I can't believe that any person would do this to an infant and not feel bad about it. I feel so bad for the parents who didn't know that this was happening to their child. I am very glad that Finn did not have any injuries and is still okay. Do you think that the family did the right thing to try and catch it themselves?

I think the family did the right thing by going out of their way to catch her instead of confronting her. So the babysitter couldn't deny anything. It's terrible that people do stuff like that to children or anyone. It's good that they had a dog to tip them off.
I find it very cool and interesting that the dogs helps out the baby. It is sad that people would do this! I'm glad they figured it out.
I think they did the right thing because if they didnt find out i bet the babysitter would keep abusing the kid and noone would know
Shout out to this dog!! Animals are so great. I have no idea why anyone would want to abuse a 7 month old baby, that's so terrible!!! I'm so glad the parents caught this before it got any worse.
I Agree to everyone if it wasn't for their dog they would have never found out that something terrible was happening to their child. It was just to bad that the poor baby had to go through that for 5 months.
Well im glad when monsters like this get caught. this is why you should always be carful who you let watch your kids
I think it's sad that someone would want to hit a baby. I would be happy if I got a dog that was protecting my kid because then at least I would know something was going on. They did the right thing with putting the phone in the room because other wise they may not have known.
I think that the family did the right thing. If the dog hadn't made them suspicious, then they would have never hid that iPhone and found out that their son was being abused. That dog is incredible, and he is the reason the family figured out Finn was being abused.
this is exactly why I don't like baby sitters
