2 - Yes, I do think that it is a good idea to keep our troops in the middle east, necessary, no. I think that keeping some troops over there will help maintain the peace that they believe they have gotten. Leaving some there will also help with intelegence and keeping an eye on possible threats.
1 - No, I don't think that this group is done for. All they did was take back the land the ISIS claimed as their own, they didn't end the group themselves. They certainly keep trying to get more people to join and probably never really end. We still have Nazis that are around, and they have been defeated for a very long time.
I don't think ISIS is gone, I think there is still a group out there somwhere harming people. I do believe that we have defeated a good margin of ISIS though which is very good. I do think it is necessary that troops stay in the middle east, so we're safe and make sure nothing happens.
