Do you think that we should be able to discuss religious beliefs in school? Such as talk about god in class? Or the bible?

No i dont think so people can believe in whatever they want but i do not like it. Also schools are supposed to teach facts.

yes but they teach evolution which is only a theory. it hasnt been proven so therefore it isnt fact. but they still teach it

arnt the students already allowed to talk about it as long as the teacher doesnt teach it

Yes, I don't see why not. A class where we were taught about the Christian Bible and all other types of religions would be awesome. Number one we'd learn a lot and number two maybe somebody would find a religion that makes sense to them. Plus, if it can support a topic then I don't see why not. Students can talk about religion though, teachers just can't push anything on us. I used the bible as a source in my english paper(:

haha wow this thing is still going, well i think for my second opinion on this that they shouldn't really be able to talk about it in school or give you lectures of it for saying god in school. like mr cundy said he was going to give me a speech about god during school and i told him uh no you're not because you really can't nessecarely because it's against poilicies so then i just walked out on him basically, but i think that if someone has an example to give about god or using him then whatever. but no speeches over it.

It's shouldn't really matter. Talking about God in school shouldn't be such a big deal.

I think it's cool how students can just talk amongst eachother about what they believe, but people should't be able to preach it in front of classes or whatever.
