Do Women and Men Get Paid Equally?

In US History we have been talking about women pushing for equal rights during the Progressive Era. I talked about how even today, women are not paid the same as men. Here are some statistics proving this: http://www.pay-equity.org/info-time.html

DUMB !!!!!! women should get paid the same as men they do the same work and there are some women that do more than men sometimes.

Things are getting better and i think that women get paid equally as men do but i guess i dont really know that much a bout that.

I really dont think its fair we work just as hard as the guys so we should get paid as much as they do!

Women have yet to get their full rights and ending the discrimination. I'm not surprised about this.

How sexist. I believe if they work equally as hard as any male employee, they should be paid the same.

It's not fair, but I don't really see anything wrong with it. But that's because I'm a guy and it's not really that bad for me. yet.

that is pretty fair in my opinion, but i guess this really doesnt effect me.
