He needs to be put away for awhile even if he didn't do it. Sounds like he has some problems.
This is so disgusting. What is wrong with people? Should there be something in you that just stops you from wanted to EAT another human? And what's more, torturing them. I don't understand how people can be so ruthless and cruel and just downright crazy! I hope he gets a long sentence.
The NYPD really need to start choosing better officers. letting cops who abuse their power on the force is one thing but a serial killer? that's ridiculous.
