Deb has always had an active and full life, She's worked for years in the restaurant business, Owning a casual family dining restaurant. Where she made all of the food from scratch. Deb raised 2 sons, She now has 4 grandchildren. We are a very close family she says. So in October 2001, When she found a lump in her breast and she was diagnosed with breast cancer, She knew she had to fight it. I wouldn't give in to cancer Deb said. Deb underwent surgery (lumpectomy), chemotherapy and radiation. A year later, her doctors told her there was no evidence of disease. Deb was extremely happy with that news. Deb was a survivor.
