D.C. handing out 500,000 female condoms to fight HIV

I don't think that this is such a good idea. I mean yeah they are trying to protect people from HIV, but handing out female condoms would make people just want to use them and try them out. Promoting sex?

yeah id say its kind of promoting sex.. its weird, really weird that they can just do that ya know? pretty sure if you did it in harlan youd be fined or arrested or have tomatoes thrown at you lol.

I do think its weird but, people are going to have sex either way no matter what.. so I think its a good idea. If people don't want to have sex, people giving them female condoms isn't going to make them want to have sex.
