A 16-month-old boy was found hanging in a daycare facility, two others were injured, and was put there by an employee, the same employee then took off in her golden minivan and was involved in two hit and runs. Basically, this employee was out of her mind... PSYCHO. The children involved are all okay.
Do you think people should be more thoroughly screened if they are to be working with children?
What do you think parents of the children in the daycare are going to do since this incident occurred?
My opinion: As a person that works at a daycare, I find this repulsive and I think people should go through more training and screenings before being hired. I also think that the daycare will now go out of business, if not shut down, because most of the parents will pull their kids out of the daycare.

I think that they even the state people should do a better back ground check and see if they have there licence to be an at home daycare and everything like that. Also parents should do a back ground check.. to make sure they are sending them off to a good place. I think that they will keep them home for a bit and or find a place that is a better place for them.
I think they need to do a better job of looking into the people's backgrounds. This is an awful situation.
I agree, I think people who work with children or with anyone in general, (like the nursing home because old people are helpless too) should definitely have some kind of screening because if they did, things like this pry wouldn't happen.
Is the kid okay that was hound hanged? This is so unreal. People should be tested and all that before they are allowed to work with kids without supervision. The parents must be terrified and paranoid to put their kids back in daycare.
I think the people that work with children should be thoroughly checked to make sure that they are not going to do anything wrong. I think the parents are definitely going to remove their children from the daycare. I think the business should get shut down.
I think children should have a full background check done before being allowed anywhere near children. I think they are going to sue the lady for doing these horrible things and they are going to sue the daycare for hiring that lady.

I do think that people should be more screened. There should also have been some other employees around to help out and see this incident to call it in. Parents will most likely pull their kids out of the daycare. The daycare may also even shut down. The girl who also did this should definitely go to jail as that was unsafe and BIZARRE.
They should be supervised by other workers and they need to be careful who they hire at daycare centers because they are working with little kids who don't know any better and everything they do effects them.
