Brodie Sciberras is a daredevil from Perth (Western Australia), risked his life for seemingly nothing at all. Performing a backflip from a 1-story home to a pool 10 feet away coming centimeters from certain fatality. Here is the video of the stunt. This guy is a prime example of stupidity and peer pressure. His buddies just kept egging him like "You got to do something. I'm filming" what is about a minute of film worth to you? There is no way I would attempt such a feat for absolutely no reason. Charles Darwin must have been busy with some other moron to let this guy survive. What would you ask Brodie if you were to meet him?

I agree you shouldn't give into peer pressure and friends should know better than to present the idea to the kid. But some people are just pure adrenaline junkies and will do anything for a thrill.

Peer pressure can get people to do anything weather it be cheating on a test or doing a crazy stunt that could kill you, but people live for the half-a-second of where you think you might just pull it off.
I think this guy needs to get a life, and stop doing stupid stuff, because he is going to crack his head open, and the doctors will find nothing inside.
That video made me so nervous for that guy. It's too risky of a stunt to pull. In this case it could have been life or death.
This story is crazy! your risking your life to do some stupid stunt just to look cool in front of your buddies! He should have stopped himself.
Why would he do something like this. there was no point to risk your life doing that if it had no point. His friends were not smart by telling to do something like that.
I think this guy is just dumb and doesn't have a real goal in life yet. He is very lucky he is ok. Id say he should stop hanging out with those friends if they encourage him to do a stupid stunt like that.
Yeah especially since he came mere centimeters from death, I don't know for sure if anybody was under any influence but I am sure a few of them were.
