The Waukegan High School In Chicago Illinois has been offering Cross Fit for the past 16 years but it only became popular these past couple years. The class is not only filled with athletes but non-athletes are participating too. It's in a "dungeon" in the basement but its defiantly no dungeon and dragons. The trainers and coaches make the exercises fun and challenging. The last kid standing in a workout/does it the longest is the winner. It's taking the negativity from being last into something positive and making something challenging and funfun. Kids have said they enjoy the challenge and like to see who's wins but they have also said they have become more flexible, faster, and mentally stronger from these workouts. But doctors are concern if the kids abuse the weights. if they haven't fully grown and they start lifting more then they can handle they can cause serious growth stunts and pains.
Questions-
1. Do you think this should be offered as a class In our school if so why or why not?
2. Would you take this class if it was offered? Why or why not?
My opinion -
I think our school should provide this as a class because we care a lot about our sport teams, and it would probably make our teams faster and mentally tougher. I would take this class because it would help me on and off the court. This could help with my vertical and greysland.

Good story choice and summary! I do think you should have replied more frequently.
Personally this class would be nice but at the moment right now I already have to deal with morning and after school workouts so there is no point in really doing a class to be more fit, it would be nice on my off seasons.
I think it should be offered, but it definitely shouldn't be required. I think I would because I wanna stay fit.
I think it should be offered in our school because it would be fun and challenging and it wouldn't be as competitive as regular PE. I think that I would defenitly consider taking this class if it was offered because I do not like PE but I think it would be fun and interesting to try.
I think that some people in our school would really enjoy a class like this. My friend is very dedicated to the two sports that she is in and trains every day for them. I know she enjoys Personal Fitness so I think she would love the challenge of this class. I would not take this class if it was offered. I would not particularly enjoy it. I would rather take another music class instead of PE.
I think that it wouldn't be a bad idea to offer this class, but people are already in sports and lifting before and after school. If I had room in my schedule I might take this class to get in better shape.
I think that this would be a nice opportunity for students to take as it pushes people to try new things that will help keep them active and in shape. If this class was offered I would like to try and take it depending on whether or not it would fit into my schedule.
I think that in a normal pe day that this would be interesting. If our school were to do this once maybe twice a week I feel that it would help kids so that they aren't continuously weight lifting. I would take this class, its much different than our normal class and I think that it would be interesting to take.
Yes because it would be an intersting for our school. I would try it for sure but if I did not like then I would drop it.
I think that it should be offered because it would give kids a chance to feel like they're not being left out. I probably wouldn't especially if its after school because I usually work.
