Montero. The song most of us have heard of by now. All the way from the shoe to the music video lil nas x has slipped into our conversations lately at some point. How do you feel about situation? Well, I know my opinion and I honestly think its sort of disgusting. Between the nasty dances, human blood in the shoe, and many other reasons. I think lil nas x needs to take a "chill pill". Yes I said nasty dances if you haven't seen the montero music video lil nas x gives satan a rather disgusting dance that im not going to go much detail for school apporite purposes. I also don't understand how people can see this video as cool when that kind of behavior is happening.
I guess something that kind of goes through my head with this is how can man get cancelled for saying the N-word of his own property while being intoxicated, but something like lil nas x montero video is able to have 118M views and 4.3 M likes. I just don't understand it. stepping aside from the video he makes a shoe with literal human blood in the souls of them! In my opinion thats just nasty. I also understand that nike is sueing lil nas x for the shoe and has come out and said that they were not apart of the making and selling of the shoe.
This might have seemed like a very random forum post but honestly I felt i needed to be adressed one way or another. So, Inconclusion I just want to leave you thinking weather or not if this kind of stuff should be allowed on social media of honestly if it should just be allowed in general.

I think lil nas x should have considered what he was doing and who he might affect when he posted the music video. The shoe probelm is also very wierd. Not only did he buy a bunch of nike shoess and sell them for more moeny than he bought them. The shoes were trademarked and that is straight stealing from nike. Lil nas x is probably trying to use his fame and influence to just get away with breaking the law.
I dont think it should be tolerated becuse i think it disgusting too. Blood in shoes? Thats just weird and disturbing. He chould have many other things than that. However, its a music video, some music videos are weird.
i think that making a shoe like that with human blood in it was probably not very good nor was it the right thing to do that just weird and not right. the music video is probably fine because its a music video people do that stuff all the time but its not a song i would listen to or a video i would like to watch
In my opinion I think that judging Lil Nas X and his video like this is exagerated, while I don't think that he should have put drops of human blood in the shoes as he supposedly did I don't think that video is that much of a big deal like many people are making it. That kind of dancing has been done in so many music videos by women all the time.
I dont really know about this shoe thing but I dont really like the way the shoe is put out on social media but this song is not what I would like to listen to because in the song it mentions many things about satan and the video looks realated to satan and that kind of stuff. I have not really heard about the shoe thing, but now that i've poked around a bit I now realize just how disgusting it is. first off, the shoes have human blood in the soles of them wich brings up so many ethics questions and legal questions. Secondly, it has a satanic symbol on the laces. Third and Finally, it has a Bible verse on it wich is just wrong in so many ways, the Bible verse is Luke 10:18 which syas 'And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." Nike is suing Lil Nas for “Referring to the shoe as the Satan Shoe, adding red ink and human blood to the midsole, adding red embroidered satanic-themed detailing, adding a bronze pentagram to the laces, and adding a new sock liner.”
I agree that it is disgusting. I think its just downright disrespectful. In my mind adding the bible verse onto it makes it seem like hes almost making fun of it in a sense, which even if you arent christian you shouldnt just bag on someones religion like that. I just dont feel like something like that should be put into the spotlight, its nasty.
