College Football players Heros!

After a 17th month old boy was accidently locked inside his grandmother's cars with the keys, two Missouri Western State football players help get him out. They were headed home from practice on August 23rd and saw a elderly women beating on the car with a bat. Jack Long then grabbed a hammer and broke the window after one swing. The boy was all right except a little dehydrated. this is pretty amazing that these guys were walking by to help her out. • I wish this was the way it always was. People seeing someone needs help and doing it instead of walking away and saying I dont want to do anything i just got done with practice. I believe the football players didnt do that because the had the discipline from football and were tought to help people when help is needed!
  • that sounds terrible i can't believe she didn't have a spare set of keys
  • I feel bad for the grandma, I'm glad she didn't have a heart attack!
  • Thats pretty cool that they would help her out instead of just going home because they were tired from practice. I feel bad for the grandma who was freaking out trying to break the window but wasn't strong enough.
  • This is a really cool story! The boy & his grandma are very lucky the players were there to help!
