A 70 year old senile man tied a 10 month old puppy to the train tracks because "his family did not want him anymore". The engineer of the train saw the man walking away from what he left on the track and used an emergency brake. Somebody came to untie the dog and the man was detained. The dog was bathed, examined, and treated. A vet technician took the dog home to give him more care.
I am so glad this puppy is alright! This could have been really horrible. I feel bad for this man too; he obviously needs to be better taken care of.

Why would a 70 year old do this. Unless i knew that i was going to die in a day or something, i would not do this. I am glad the puppy is alright.
That is animal abuse and very sad! Why would anyone do such a thing?
I dont understand why people do this to animals! If you cant take care of an animal give them to a shelter and give thema chance to find a new home! I'm glad they had the man and that the engineer stopped in time!

That's horrible. why would you want to kill a puppy and why would you use train tracks. there was obviously something wrong with him.

That is terrible! What would make somebody do something like that? There are much better ways to get rid of the puppy, like giving it to another family. I'm glad the puppy is alright!
Ah! what an awful man! and wrong doing! who would try to kill a poor innocent puppy?!?! "just because you didnt want the puppy anymore" thats messed up! :( glad the puppy is A OK!
What a sick man. I love puppies so much and if I saw that man I would give him the dirtiest look ever!! SO MEAN! I'm so glad this puppy lived.
