Kiara is the name of a 2 year old daughter that was left in a car for (2 minets) as heer mother went to go get cash. By the time her mom got back the car had vanished and she callled the cops. The busness that the mother had stoped at to get the money showed the sucurity footage and it shows the car rollin ginto the river. When someone near by say the end of the car sticking out of the water they dived in trying to save Kiara then the cops showed up and joined the person. They smashed the window to get in and the lady says she felt a body flot into her arms and at that moment she knew it was the little girl. They offices say it rooled becasue the care wasn't put into park before getting out. The mother of Kiara was not charged with muder as it was an achedent and she didn't mean to.
What would you do if you come out of a store and you car was gone?

If I came out of store and my car was gone I would definetly call the police and quickly search for it. I think the mother shouldn't be charged and the death of her daughter be the consequence.
I would freak out and panic, but had a car locator I wouldn't panic that much . Then I would call the police and get a ride to the location and try to save the child if I can. I think it would be not fair cause the child was left in the vechile by itself and that is not right to do that because the child could get dehydrated , heat stroke , or even hypothermea.
I would call 911 and my dad! I would just be so confused on what happened to my car. I feel like she should because who forgets to park their car!? On another hand I feel so bad for her becasue she lost her daughter and didnt actually mean to kill her it just kinda happened. We all wish we could do things different but sometimes you have to live with the consequences.
If I came out of a store and my car was gone, I would be very confused of where it went, or if it got stolen. I would want to see the security footage so I could find my car and get it back. I think that it is fair she didn't get charged since she didn't do it on purpose, maybe some charges for leaving her kid in the car.
I would look around then I would of called the cops. I also would of went in and asked for the tape after calling the cops or while i'm on the phone with them. Yes I do because she didn't mean to hurt her child. She didn't mean to do it. I think this is sad this is another lesson we can learn from so we check before we get out of the car to put it in park. This is a sad thing to happen to anyone.
I would call the cops because I would assume that my car has been stolen or towed, especially if I had left a child inside. I do think that the mother should be charged with something. She endangered the child's life for no reason.
If I walked out and did't see my car, I would look around or call the cops. I think that the mother should be charged with negligence or somthing because she shouldn't have left the baby alone in the car.
First I would try to calm myself down, and then I would call the police to see if they could help me find my car. Also I would ask anyone in the street if they saw what happened to it. No, I don't think it's fair because it was her fault that everything happened to the child; okay that it was an 'accident', but still it was very irresponsible.
The first that I would do would be call the police and report a missing vehicle and a missing person. After that I would search the area and try to find any clues of where it could have gone. I think the mother should have been charged with child endangerment.
