Recently flight 370 went down. The people still missing could still be in the plane in the ocean. They probably all had cell phones. Researchers did an experiment by taking a cell phone and putting it in salt water, like the ocean, and recovered the chip inside the phone days later after soaking. After all that damage they were still able to see all the failed email, picture, texts, etc., that could have been sent on flight 370 saying what could have been happening. Malaysia did not send up more planes to investigate because the crash was not deemed to be hostile. Do you think that this new way of finding information is a good way of using our technology? Do you think that investigators will actually find good information on the missing passengers cell phones to find out what happened to flight 370?

A cell phone can uncover a lot of important things.
I don't know, it'd be amazing if this would work. I'm not sure if they could actually find information though.
I am amazed that it has taken this long to locate something that I was under the impression had ways of finding it if it ever went down. I hope the phone will help to give closure to the families of the passengers.
It's definitely a good way to use technology in our best interests. It's great that they aren't giving up on flight 370 yet, but it has to be hard for the families to keep hearing of new ideas to find the people and then they don't work. Hopefully they can get some type of closure soon!
This sounds very interesting. I think this could work very well because of how much cell phones are used today.
This is all the government its a huge cover up for something worse that is happening around the world somewhere in the world. The media only gives the people something to gossip about and not the good people around the world that have died and we have no idea who they were or what they did but if we did know they would get more honor.
I think it is a good use of the technology. It would be great if they could find the plane with a cell phone.
well first thing is first they have to find the plane and if they do I would say that this would be a good test
I think it would be a good way to find the information but the plane still needs to be found to be able to use the info from the phones.
yes i think it is a good idea and we can finally find out what happened its good that we are still looking.
