Cell Phone Ban

As we all know we have a problem with texting and driving. Millions of people do it, and a lot of people get in a crash and die from it. Well theres a new law they are trying to get out and it calls for a COMPLETE cell phone ban while driving. That even means headsets.

Thoughts? I think this is a good law because I don't want to die from a driver who is texting while driving, and I also don't want a family member or friend to die from that either. I don't know about you but I can drive from one place to another with my phone in my pocket. No life is worth a text or notification.

I like this law! I don't use my phone at all when driving! I hope people will follow it though and bring down the deaths!

I think this is a good law for people who like to text and drive. Even if your not texting, being a perfectly good kid another kid can be texting and swerve into your lane hittng you. I dont text and drive even if i get a more than one messages. But sometimes I answer phone calls because they are sometimes very important. Dont text and drive then.

I think it's a good law-- although I am a peron who uses my phone while driving.. I agree with other people, too. Handsfree should be allowed!

i think thats a good law also! tons of people die cause they or the other person is txting while driving!

I think its a good law since a lot of people die each year from it. I think they should've done it sooner.

I agree. i think its a good law because i dont want to die because of a text, or a stupid driver thats texting. i hope they get this law passed.

i think that you shouldn't be able to talk on the phone while driving! its to dangerous! and to many people not paying attention to what they are doing!

It's a good law because even with the no texting law, people are still getting in car accidents. But just because there's going to be a ban doesn't mean people will follow the law even after they get a ticket.
