the fire fighters exposed to the dust and fumes that filled the air after the twin towers (WTC) collapsed ten years ago are more likely to develope cancer, studies show this information to be true.

Thats is very sad:( I think it is already bad enough that they have been put through such a sad diaster and now they could be effected by it in the future with health problems, hope everyone turns out okay from it.
this is horrible.but if the firefighters go into the hospital and tell them they were in the WTC can the hospital give them any kind of medicine or shots so they can prevent them from having cancer?
I agree with Maddie! They are probably some of thee most bravest people in our generation today, and they risked their lives for others in probably one of, if not, the biggest downfall/attack in the United States and they get this in return? I hope this isn't the case for them.
i dont know why they would be... but it says because of the dust and stuff that they were breathing in while they were trying find the survivors. so...
To start off someone else posted this at the same time that you did. And secondly this is a little strange what chemicals could cause someone to be more likely to get cancer than other people?
