This little boy's name is Joseph Hall and he is now 12 years old and convicted of second-degree murder for shooting his father at point blank range in May of 2011. The father Jeffrey Hall was a regional director of the National Socialist Movement, a white separatist group, Joseph's trial is centered on allegations of abuse and his grasp on right and wrong. from what I read in the article I don't believe this kid had any grasp whats so ever on right and wrong and because of his severe aggressive behavior he was home schooled, I'm not saying that what his kid did is right but if you read the article you see that this kid was raised to hate and never knew the difference between right and wrong.
Top link is to the what this kid's awaiting and the second is a testimony of a psychologist telling about this kids abuse and how it effected the kid's grasp on right and wrong.

Sounds like the father wasn't a very good remodel for the child... But shooting someone is never the answer.
Yeah, I don't think the kid was raised right and he was never taught right from wrong. But I don't think killing your father is the right thing either.
this kid was obviously not raised right he should have been tought that everyone is the same he is young to and doesnt know right from wrong but it was still not right.
It is obvious that this boy was not brought up in a good environment. It is not good for parents to teach their children to hate and not tolerate others. This is really sad, because now this boys parents have taught their son to hate others. Also because of their influence on him, he does not know what is right and what is wrong. This is just a sad story all together.
i feel bad cause he was raised up wrongly. but how did he get access to the gun? was it properly put safe away with a lock? i would think not! i hope the man is better. the kid needs to go to come aggression classes or somethin!!
this kid was definitely not raised right. He should be raised to believe that everyone is equal. People can be very judgmental. Also he was 10 so he does not know right from wrong.
Well from the way it sounds this kid was told that whites are the only good people. Which i am completely against. He was told to not like people. He was 10, he knows right and wrong but not the extent he should know.
