Drones have been on a high demand especially over the past couple of years, and delivery has always been a goal in mind. This bubble captures the dream. This bubble filled with helium uses a vacuum to pick up small objects under a pound. After the object enters the helium bubble it is than carried to the the destination. Even thought the object is limited to a bottle or a small ball or something the technology is continuing to fast track.
Opinion
I think that this drone is a great leap and bound for drone technology even though the drone can only lift things under a pound.
Questions-
Do you think that there can be down falls to a drone delivery system? If so, what?
What do you think is next for drone technology?
Replies
Well done!
Yes, Crashes if the drone ends up running into a wall, someone might break it if they mistake it for something else, or it might enter a restricted air space, somehow. Being able to carry large objects being able to fly at a faster speed, and many other things the possibilities are many.
The big one you pointed out would be size of object because drones are able to travel at incredible speed if the operator knows what he is doing.
I think that there are a lot of things that could go wrong with the drone delivery system, like running into power lines, buildings or it getting caught in a storm and the package being completely destroyed when it gets to your house. I don't know what is next for drone technology, but it will be interesting to see one day.
Drones could be very intresting in the future, and since they are in such a demand it will be cool to see what comes next.
I think it would be easy for something like that to go off course, hit something while in transit, or be hit by something. I don't think there's any guarantee that we can stop occurrence like that from taking place.
I think the next step is just to increase the amount of weight a drone can carry and maybe to specialize it for military or healthcare use.
I think it is useless for these things to carry things to houses, if you really think about it how is it going to work if there are dogs in the backyard that will go after them or stupid people trying to shoot them down. I think nothing will be next because I really think there is going to be too many problems with it
I agree completely that it could have many faults especially with privacy, privacy is something that should be greatly considered when using drone delivery.
Yes they could get taken out by weather stolen or something else could happen along the way. Im not sure what they will do next for drone technology.
Weather is a very high concern for me. I have a drone right now and any source of wind the drop is easily set off course. Also, we would have to consider humidity and wet conditions.
