One of the state park in Brooklyn, New York is named after a girl named Marsha P. Johnson. She was transgender women who fough for the LGBTQ community. There was plan that was announced about how the LGBTQ should not basically matter to poeple. She wanted people to look at the LGBTQ community like they were just normal people too. It wasnt fair how "normal" people were getting treated alraight and the LGBTQ wasn't. Marsha was called the "icon" of her comunnity. All she wanted was equallity for herself and all of the LGBTQ. She gave lots and lots of speeches about how she wanted great equallity and how it wasn't fair that The community of the LGBTQ wasn't getting treated fairly. Marshed had ended up fight back agianst a police raid at hotel called the stonewall Inn which is in Greenwich Village. Finally at last, the New York officals had said to everyone in New York that the LGBTQ community will and now should be equal now. This was all said last year of 2019.
Do you think it was right that Marsha fought for her and others rights?
Yes, I think she had evry right because we are all one of a kind in this world.
Whats your thoughts on the LGBTQ community?
I think that it's okay for anyone to be aprt of that community because if someone feels that they want to be that way, then they have every right to be their sleves.

Good job overall Samantha and good story choice. You should have checked it last night as there were a lot of comments yesterday.
I do think it was right for Marsha to fight for her rights because everyone wants to be treated equally at some point and she wanted to change that for the LGBTQ community. I think the LGBTQ community is great and should be there so people that want to be there self for being LGBTQ can be there self and they won't have to hide it from the world.
I do believe that it was right for Marsha to fight for her and others rights. If this is what she wants and want to let other people to know how she feels, she sould fight for what she believes in. I think the LGBTQ community is a positive organization.
Yes I think it was, everyone should have the right to fight for what they think is right or how else are people going to get their points across on something that affects themselfs and others. I think people can choose how they want to live their lifes and descrimanating is one of the reasons why people fight the way they do. If everyone would just positively think about others and accept the way they are it would be a better place.
In my opinion it was definitely right from her to fight for LGBTQ, because America is a free country and everybody has the right to be equal and to be accepted. I think the idea of communities in general is good, because I am sure there are many people who often feel/felt alone, until they found out that actually many other people have similar problems and feelings just because of such communities.
I think that her point about treating LGBTQ+ people as normal people is pretty good. Everyone is a person when it comes down to it, regardless of anything else. I despise how religion and an outdated and biased mental illness classification of homosexuality is used to say they shouldn't exist. (I don't know if the last part is still common, but according to 2Will it's still accurate.)
I think the LGBTQ+ community is okay. I'm not in it, but live life how you want or need it to be happy without hurting people. This applies to everyone.
I believe that it was right for her to fight for her and other's rights. If this was what she wants and she wants people to know how she feels about it. Then she should fight for it. I think the LGBTQ makes people believe that they are welcomed into the real world and we should respect everyone like they are and its a positive organization.
As a gay person myself I would have to say that it is right for her to fight for her rights and LGTBQ rights. As said before I am an LGBTQ person so I have nothing but positive thoughts on the community. We're all just people like everyone else and we should be treated fairly not with disgust and discrimination based on others thoughts.
Yes I think that it is great that there is someing standing up for other people and tryinng to get whats better for them in life becasue in the ead we are all just people. I think its a great community for people to go becasue everyone is noce and will accept you.
I do, because she and others should have the same right as everyone else. I think that people should be themselfs and it shouldn't matter who you like because they are people too; it doesn't make a difference to me.
