Today at 11:30 a.m. in Creighton University Medical Center a person was shot. Two deputies were shot in a shootout. A man delivering flowers to a nearby place said he saw it all go down, with the exchange of gun fire and all, and that was when he saw a deputy go down.Police are now blocking the main entrance after the hospital called a code silver. A code silver is when no one is allowed in or out of the hospital and are not allowed to leave there room that they were in, not even to use the restroom.The name of the shooter has not been released. The two deputies names are Tom Flynn and David Heins.Flynn was shot in the torso and part of his vertebre was hit, so he is in a lot of pain. Doctors said he'd be just fine.Heins was bitten by his dog and got stitches for his wounds. The reason they think that the dog attacked the deputy was simply just confusion.The gunman died in the shootout.This all happend when the two deputies showed the guman a warrant for his arrest.

why are so many people so blood hungry.. i dont get it.. what do you get out of killing innocent people? its terrible.. and its not legal so dont think you are gunna get away with it.. its just not normall.. and there have been so many shootings in CB/omaha.. its kinda weird.. just knowing they are so close.. what's wrong with people's heads.? i mean you arent doing any good.. but ig i dunno what's goin thru people's heads..
People are just so stupid sometimes. I don't understand what makes someone want to go out of their way to hurt people. Its just insane. I'm glad no one else was hurt though.
