Actor Brad Pitt has declared that by the time he reaches 50 he will stop acting. He is 47 right now, so only three years remain for the famous actor. Pitt says he isn't going to retire from films, but will just produce or direct them rather than star in them. He also says that any acting role he is in now will be ones that he thinks are best, and therefore aiming more toward serious roles. No comedies, in other words. And he has also said that less time working will get him closer to his family with wife Anjelina Jolie, who is still planning on acting herself, but also might have one more child before its all over. Either way, we had best appreciate Pitt's decision and respect his answers. I think this choice will be a good one for him, and he has listed several legitiment reasons. I don't really think I've watched to many movies with him in it. I do like his reason for retiring from acting though. You need to spend more time with family because who knows something could happen to you or to them.
That is crazy! I'm gonna miss that guy. And he's sooooo,, well, attractive. I hope he makes some good movies before he's done! And besides his good looks, he's a great actor.
oh my. i am going to miss him so much. i always look forward to brad pitt movies because he is good but mainly because he is so so so attractive. except i still hate that he left jennifer aniston for angelina jolie. i mean why would you do that? but otherwise i am really going too miss seeing him in the movies.
His role in the Curious Case of Benjamin Button was great, he on of the better known and more popular actors, but for some it will be sad to see him go. I didn't realize though how old he was!
i think he used to be hot but, now he's so old. so not hot anymore. but yeah. glad he has good reasons to quit because i know a lot of people like him as an actor.

i doubt he'll end up going through with this...he's too good of an actor + too "big" of a star to quit acting at 50.
