Boycott on Barbie doll

"Video girl" barbie doll has a built in camera in her necklace, which can hold up to 30 min of video.  An Australian psychologist is boycotting the doll insisting this will allow adult to exploit children and allow them to upload inappropiate videos of them to the internet. If this doll was in stores, would you get it for your silbings? neices? cousins? kids? I know I wouldn't.
