Boy stabbed in restaurant

An 8-year-old boy, who was with his family at a Long Island restaurant, was stabbed 5 times. The stabbing was random, and was done by a 23-year-old male. The man came up behind the boy, put his hand on the boy's shoulder, and stabbed him with a three-and-a-half inch folding knife. The man faces charges of second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assult, and possession of a deadly weapon.

wow. thats insane. i feel bad for that boy and his family :( i hope that guy who killed him gets what he deserves. that might sound harsh but that is really sad!

I honestly do not understand the point of killing random people, if any at all! Some people don't know how to go about their problems.

pyscho much? thats terrible, i dont get why anyone would just randomly do that. what is this country coming too. Thats pretty scary to think that people could just walk up to you and do that.

So did the kid die then?? And that had to be very hard and very shocking. I cant imagine eating and the next moment my child being stabbed by some stranger for no reason. Also, if the dad caught him I wonder how that went for the attacker because if taht happend to me and i got the person who stabbed my boy, the attacker would have been sorry and my fists woulda hurt..
