According to a Fox News article, there has been a 233% increase in fetal seizures at the south border. A report from the U.S. customs and border protection shows that in March of 2021 639 pounds of fentanyl were seized. This is 394 more pounds seized this year than March of last year at the south border. So far this year 2,098 pounds have been seized. Last year around this time only 649 pounds had been recovered. House minority leader Kevin McCarthy from California stated, “the collateral damage from Biden's border crisis extends beyond the inhumane and crounded collisions at migrant facilities.” He then goes on to say, ‘the gross mismanagement of the crisis has also put Americans safety in danger… it poses a health risk to our own citizens.” This trend has slowly decreased since March. President Biden is trying to deal with the amount of immigrants crossing the border.
I think this is outrageous. The problem has increased since the borders have been opened. The administration should look at minimizing the amount of people going back and forth over the southern border.

I think that this is not right and all of the people crossing should not be. I think that we should have kept the wall how it was and this I think would not be more of a problem. I think that President Biden is not handling it right because I think that our country has just been getting worse more than better and it is problably hard with covid and everything but everything but covid I think he has not been doing well.
I agree with you, Trump was doing in my opinion a much better job at the border. Maybe even building a wall like Trump suggested way back in 2016 isn't that bad of an idea. When he did this during his presidency it seemed to be more effective than what Biden is doing right now.
The border crisis seems like a mess, so I think they need to find a way to make it easier to get in and out while also checking for drugs and other illegal substances. I don't know how they could do that, but I think if it were easier then it wouldn't be so crowded.
I think that he is smart by limiting the amount of people that he brings into our country. For our safety I am glad he did this. I think that our current president is handling it the way it should be handled. I think that especially since covid happened I think that limiting is the best solution.
There's really one solution to the border crisis and that's to make admission into the U.S. easier. We're a nation founded on immigrants, and yet we cause this turmoil. Although it'll be a long, almost disasterous process, it needs to happen, but Biden's probably not the person to do this. I only say this because of how he's proven himself in other scenarios. It's not that he doesn't get what he believes in done, but it's always a messy process. The very last thing we need is someone with an already messy process to solve an almost unfathomable problem. And no, I don't think he's handling this reasonably at all because he's really not handling it.
I don't know if that would the best thing to do but it could be a possibilitiy. I do agree with you though, Joe is definitely not the person to do this. I say this because half the time he doesn't even know what he's trying to say or do so it would not be good.
I think that it is important to find the balance. If They let people easily come into the US it could become very disorganized, however, if they make it too slow it could cause a mass pileup of people which with covid and other things could be dangerous. I hope that Biden is able to fix the problem.
I agree they do need to find a balance but that will be hard with how many imagrants that are coming in and bringin drugs with them. Also personly I dont think Biden will make a move on it for a while unless it gets to be a way bigger problem then it alredy is.
I feel like last month we heard a ton about the border crisis but then the news stopped talking about it so a lot of people forgot about it, but it is still happening. I understand that you don't want to rip families apart but this is a real problem. I think Biden needs to make this a top priority.
There has been a lot of talk about the border because of president change and some people agreeing with the border being open and it not being open. but they do need to come up with a better plan to keep the illegal drugs and stuff out of the country.
