Authorities found a body ,whom they believed to be Leanne Hecht Bearden, in Garden Ridge, where she was last seen January 17 heading out from her in-laws' house for what was supposed to be a one-hour walk. A searh party was formed in hopes to find her alive, but that hope was dashed after a phone call from a man to police around 12:15 p.m. (1:15 p.m. ET) Thursday, saying there was a body "in a wooded area near his home in Garden Ridge," O'Conner said. Coming back to her native country wasn't necessarily easy, her family suggested. "The pressure of transitioning from her two-year trip back into what we consider 'normal' life seems to have left her very anxious and stressed," they said.

I think she was murdered. But it really could of been either one.
I don't really know but it could be either.
I think it had to have been a murder or something went wrong in her bodily functions.
This is an odd story. I can't really guess if it was suicide or murderer without more background information. Stories like these are sad because the family didn't even see it coming.
This is really sad hopefully she wasn't murdered and it could be suicide if she was stressed out. It's sad that she died after a two year long trip. Hopefully they will soon find out what happened to her.
