the title pretty much says all.

hikers found the remains of william holland, an american climber who had disapeared two decades before.

the hikers had spotted a yellow object in the snow and thought it looked out of place, only to discover holland's frozen corpse, perfectly preserved in his yellow coat and tattered clothes.

holland was a geologist that lived in maine. he climbed the summit in april, 1989. when he reached the top, the wind picked up and he fell about 1,500 feet.

chris dube, his climbing partner, had to watch helplessly as his friend disapeared. instead of going back alone, he waited for the next group of hikers and they went down together.
