On September 5, 2012 London, England hosted Paralymic Games. Terezinha Guilhermina and her guide, who lead her through the race won the gold medal. Terezinha Guilhermina was presenting Brazil. She ran the womens 100 meters in 12.01.

I think that this is completely amazing and very inspirational. It is good to know that people out there are willing to overcome their disabilities in order to obtain their goals. :)

This is amazing i think its incredible someone that is blind can win a gold medal. i bet this has modivated and inspired alot of people. i hope more people with disabilites over come it and go for their dreams.
