Lights went out during Super Bowl XLVII after Jacoby Jones 109 record breaking kickoff return touchdown to start the 2nd half. With 13:22 with the score 28-6, Baltimore Ravens, half the lights went out because of a surge. The Superdome was at a standstill for about 25 minutes.
