Sam Kane Beef Processors of Corpus Christi, Texas recalled about 91,000 lbs. of ground beef products after receiving complaints from consumers. The meat was shipped out to a number of Texas Retail stores. The owner of the company said that the issue is not a health issue, it is a foreign object issue. The 4 consumers who complained reported finding about 3mm of metal in each of the packages of meat. The recall was a class II Recall which means "there is a remote probability of adverse health consequences from the use of the product."

I would be very angry and would also sue them for not having good quality products. I wonder if this is the first time people had found metal in beef.
I would be pissed and complain to the company and probably sue them.
I would probably take the metal out and look at the food and check it out and then if it looked fine maybe eat it or just throw it out. The metal could get in there by a machine that ground the meat or the thing that was cutting up the meat. It was probably from a machine.
I would be for sure be upset if I found metal in my meet. And I think it's probably just an error during processing.
I agree, I think someone didn't take very good care of the machines.
If i found metal in my food i would get rid of it and never buy that brand again, or at least for a year. The metal might have been eaten by the cow and was in it when it was ground up. It might also be from when they killed it if that is how they kill it.
I would pry like freak out and would not know what to do! I would call and complain and Pry stop buying my meet from the company. I do not know how the metal got there.
I wouldn't know what to do. I would probably stop going there. It's hard to say how or why metal got in there.
I would probably call the company just to make sure that there was a mistake in processing the meat. What I think happened is that something in a machine snapped and it fell in while processing and packaging the meat.
