On October 13, 2014; 33 year old Timothy Vaughn was found on the floor of a barber shop severely bleeding, he had multiple slices across his throat. He was rushed to a hospital in critical condition, but police officials say that his wounds are not life-threatening. With the help of the barber shop owner the suspect was found a block from his aunt's house. The suspects name is Daniel Flores, age 22. He is booked in the San Diego County Jail under the charge of attempt of murder. The reason that he did it is not yet known. I think that the victim is lucky to be alive and that Daniel needs to be punished severely for his crimes. What are your thoughts on this? What do you think the Daniels punishment should be?

If it's proven that the suspect did it then he should go to jail.
Why would he try to kill someone if he was going to do it don't half way it because any way he will be facing the death sentence.
He should go to jail and should face life in prison. Probably should go to some anger management classes as well.
They're probably just going to put him in jail for life.
